Nicola is an accredited coach with The Coaching Academy and an experienced and qualified Career Coach, having qualified with Firework Coaching. She has also run a monthly coaching exchange for students and coaches and mentored new coaches coming through the learning process. 

With over 10 years sales and marketing experience in the corporate world of wine, spirits and leisure with leading International companies, Nicola has seen first hand the pressures people can come under when faced with lack of career progression, redundancy, communication issues and work life imbalance.
